Subscription Plan

1.1 Currently when you purchase a 12 weeks' or 12 months' supply of certain test strips via our online website ( we are offering a free meter, supply of lancets and access to relevant tutorials and guides (the “Subscription Plan”).

1.2 During the order process you will be asked to create a username and password which, following confirmation of your order, will allow you to login and access our online guidance pages for the duration of the Subscription Plan. Please note, whilst our online tutorials and guides have been verified by a healthcare professional, they are provided for general information purposes only. If you are concerned about your health or blood glucose testing please contact your general practitioner.

1.3 Please read these terms (and all documents referred to below) carefully as they apply to your participation in the Subscription Plan. Please click on the button marked "I Accept" where indicated if you accept these terms. If you do not agree with these terms you are not permitted to participate in the Subscription Plan.

2. Terms

The Subscription Plan is only available for a minimum term of 12 weeks' or 12 months. Whether you select an upfront payment or choose to pay (each a “Payment Plan”).

3. Payment Plans

3.1 Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information on the price of Products and possible VAT exemptions.

3.2 On selecting a Payment Plan you will be given the option to enter your payment details. 

3.3 We will endeavour to take payment and despatch the Products within 5 days of taking payment.

3.4 In the event that you fail to make any payments in accordance with your selected Payment Plan the Products may not be despatched to you. All of our rights are reserved.

3.6 UK residents may pay in GBP only. International users may pay in GBP (Pound sterling) or Euros.

4. Cancellation

4.1 During the initial term we are unable to accept cancellations of Subscription Plans. PLEASE NOTE this does not affect your legal rights as a consumer in relation to any faulty, or not as described, Product, nor does this affect your statutory rights to cancel an order under the (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000; please see our cancellation and returns policy in our Terms and Conditions for more information.

4.2 We reserve the right, at any time and for any reason (whilst acting reasonably), to cancel the Subscription Plan.

5. Renewals

At the end of the initial term:

5.1 if you have chosen the upfront Payment Plan you may be given the option to renew the Subscription Plan;

5.2 if you have chosen a quarterly Payment Plan, we may continue to send the Products to you and take payment in accordance with the Schedule above, unless you instruct us otherwise; or

5.3 if you do not wish to renew the Subscription Plan please email us at Please note your access to our guidance pages will cease on termination of the Subscription Plan.

6. General

6.1 Payments through our website are done so via our secure provider Stripe delivered by our shop partner Shopify.

6.2 These terms should be read in conjunction with our Terms, Privacy and Cookies Policy, which also apply to your participation in this.
